The website

The website describes Exam and lets institutions request a demo or support. Savings shown by the calculator are estimates from the numbers you enter, not a quote or a guarantee.

Using Exam at your institution

Use of the Exam software at an institution is covered by the agreement between that institution and To Infy. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Your information

What happens to the details you send us is described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the website or its forms: no automated submissions, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

Warranty and liability

The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To Infy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
